According to Marie Claire, Jennifer Aniston is reportedly on a
baby food diet to lose weight for her latest role in a movie called Just Go With It, which has a swimsuit scene with model Brooklyn Decker. She has reportedly lost 7lbs in a single week. (That's pretty good in my book since Aniston is already in great shape!)

Devised by celebrity trainer
Tracy Anderson - who also counts Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna among her clientele - the diet involves eating 14 portions of puréed food a day, followed by a healthy dinner. The mini-meals include
fruit smoothies, oatmeal,
soups and pears followed by a normal size evening meal of lean meat and vegetables.
Anderson has said to Hollywoodscoop.com; in describing the regime: 'I developed a cleanse where you can still eat and it's a lot of puree foods. I was very careful about the foods I chose to put in it. 'When you do these liquid cleanses, I felt a responsibility to come up with something. Liquid cleanses do help you lose weight but you will gain more the next week,' she explained.
'I wanted something where you can eliminate toxicity, break bad habits but still have your digestive system going. That is when the baby food cleanse was born.'
The Pro:
Baby food is free of additives, pure and full of vitamins
Portions are small enough to control cravings and avoid the temptation to overeat
Many selections are gluten-free for those on a gluten-free diet
Organic varieties available
Broad variety of flavors
The Con
- Small portions could lead to a binge later on
- Taste is bland -Since very little chewing is involved, satiety might not be achieved
